Firstly, we charge an upfront fee of just £250 in order to market your property on Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market. This low fixed fee covers everything you need, including: valuation, photos, floor plan, for sale board, full support of a telephone sales negotiator, viewing requests handled 24/7, sales progression once an offer has been accepted.

Then when your sale completes we will charge you a low, fixed completion fee. This fee will be agreed with you at the outset so you know exactly what your costs are going to be.

If for any reason you are not happy with our service, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. This allows you to test us before deciding to fully appoint Stonebridge Shaw as your agent. We are confident that once you have tried us you will be bowled over by our regular updates, marketing & buyer feedback and the fact that you can always get hold of the team should you need anything. We think you are very unlikely to ask us for a refund of your £250 and to tell us to take your property off the market, but the offer is there!

Assuming you are happy with the way Stonebridge Shaw works and you don’t ask us to cease marketing within the first two weeks, we will continue to market the property on Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market. When your sale completes, your appointed conveyancer will pay us the low, fixed completion fee we agreed with you at the start of the process (the completion fee is only payable if and when we sell your property).
